I couldn't writte their history sheet yet, because they'll be part of Miyabi's FanFic, so i would be spoiling the story xD
So i'll give just a breef explanation about their personalities.

Personality: Thanatos is a very serious person, Athought he isn't that kind of person that doesn't show any kind of emotions, he is very caring with his sister, Nana, and he'll do anything to protect his brethren Arrancars and loved ones. He can be very prideful.
